BizMarquee is designed to create and display banners on your device. This policy describes the native app. Website visits and support emails are separate from the app’s on-device functionality.
Information collected by the app
BizMarquee does not collect or transmit personal information, usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or banner content to Gradient Productions. The app does not contain advertising or tracking tools.
Your saved banners
Message text and display settings are stored locally in the app’s storage. Gradient Productions cannot access them. Deleting the app removes its local data; any device backups are managed through your device and Apple settings.
Offline operation
The app’s banner features work offline and do not require an account. The native app does not make network requests, as described in the launch-kit version.
Device behavior
When displaying a banner fullscreen, the app temporarily increases screen brightness and restores it on exit. The launch-kit version does not request access to contacts, location, camera, or microphone.
Purchases through Apple
App Store purchases and payment information are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy practices. Gradient Productions does not receive your payment-card details through BizMarquee.
If you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include so we can respond. Avoid sending sensitive information or private banner content. The final policy will specify how support correspondence is retained and deleted.
Children’s privacy
The app does not collect personal information from users, including children.
Changes to this policy
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Any change to data practices will also be reflected in the app’s App Store privacy information.
