The app license
If no custom license is provided for BizMarquee, use is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The license shown with the App Store listing controls.
A one-time purchase
BizMarquee’s intended model is a one-time purchase, without a recurring subscription for its core functionality. The App Store listing will show the final price and supported devices.
What “Right to Own” means to us
It means building useful tools without charging you repeatedly to keep using their core features. Purchasing the app grants a license to use it; it does not transfer copyright or source-code ownership, and does not guarantee compatibility with every future operating system or perpetual updates.
Use your sign thoughtfully
You are responsible for the messages you display. Respect other people, applicable laws, and venue rules. Do not operate the app while driving. Use brightness and blinking effects with consideration for people around you.
